Step one
Flattening the part to get the blank
Step two
Cerate Strip layout and add cutting Punches
Step three
Die design:
Select tool structure template
Add standard parts or components using tool structure feature
Add standard cutting punches
Add forming punches and forming dies
Add punch (heels – shoulder – pedestal)
Mount punches to punch plate and create required holes in other plates and die
Add inserts
Add pilots
Using standard components library to add the following (Screws – Guide pillars – guide bushing – Punches – pilots – Springs ……..)
